A C10 file is part of a spanned archive created by WinAce, a file compression and decompression program. It stores a portion of the overall archive, which includes a master .ACE file and subsequent .c00, .c01, .c02, etc. files. C10 files are used for storing and transferring large files in smaller parts.
How to Open C10 Files
You can manually open a C10 file in WinAce to view the contents within the partial archive. However, the files in the C10 file may only be partial and may not be able to be extracted. To restore the original files from the split archive, you need to have the other parts as well as the master ACE file.
NOTE: C10 files are actually the 12th part of the split archive, as the numbering system starts with .C00.
