File extension 1txt seems to be related to a variant of Enigma ransomware that switched in late October 2016 to 1txt suffix.

Much like other similar ransomware, it encrypts and renames users documents and other personal files and then demands ransom for the decryption key.

As far as we know, there is no decryptor available for .1txt as of October 2016.

You can only work and thus convert the original files once you have successfuly recovered the archives.

Then tap "Share" and select an app. Android: Tap the Settings icon on your smartphone, then tap on the Apps section. There tap the Options icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen to change the default apps.
